As I was trying to determine a name for the post, I was making jam in the kitchen.  Here I had already drank a gallon of tea and was in the process of making another gallon.  You see, my kitchen, albeit a small kitchen, has no hood for the heat to rise and be sucked out of the house.  Thus, wondering how I was going to inch the cool air without my husband noticing too much, I arrived at the name of my blog.  Many people had given suggestions, and they were darling, but none rang more true than the hot kitchen, which was 20 degrees in difference from the rest of the house.  I look forward to the day of having an updated kitchen with a hood and better airflow.  But personally for me, I want a trailer I can make my jam without having to look at the mess in my kitchen. LOL
